GERVAIS, Adrien Charles - (Co-founder Barrie Hill Farms) - Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, August 31, 2017.
Adrien Gervais in his 94th year loving husband of the late Evelyn Gervais and proud father of Morris (Kendra Irving) and Ian.
Pepere of Avery, Nia, Audrey and Isaac.
Adrien will also be fondly remembered by his sisters Majella (the late Alex) Dowhaniuk, Therese (the late George) Gauthier, Marie (the late John) McColl, Estelle (the late Fred) Gauthier, Celine (John) Howard and Denyse (Larry) Regan as well as his brothers Archbishop Emeritus Marcel Gervais of Ottawa, Father Charles Gervais S.F.M. and Hubert (Gaetanne) Gervais and sister in-law Muriel Gervais.
Adrien is predeceased by brothers Louis Gervais, Ted Gervais, Henri Gervais and Laurent (the late Patricia) Gervais.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 o’clock on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church 65 Amelia Street, Barrie followed by a reception in the Parish Hall.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Ian Young, Dr. Joe Bailey, and the nursing staff from Bayshore Home Health for their compassionate and caring support.
Memorial donations to Chalice Canada would be appreciated by the family.
