FABBRI, Albert - A Portsmouth native of 83 years, Albert Fabbri, passed away on October 5, 2015, after a brief stay at KGH.
Albert's early passion for golf began as a caddy on the Cataraqui Golf Course.
He served as a dedicated firefighter for 35 years.
Well known as a man of many talents, Albert was willing to lend a hand and was loved by all.
He left behind his wife of 61 years, June (Halligan), who cared for him until the end. His spirit lives on through sons Joe (Denise) and Marc (Louise), granddaughters Stephanie and Beverley and many nephews and nieces.
Friends and family will be received at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, Kingston, Ontario Thursday, Oct. 8th from 6 to 9 pm.
Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, Oct. 9th at 1 pm.
Donations in memory of Albert can be made to the Canadian Lung Association or Alzheimer's Society.
