HAMMER, Ana 'Annie' - Passed away on October 10, 2018 in her 98th year at Trillium Hospital, Mississauga.
Wife of the late Gyorgy (Gyuszi) Hammer.
Mother and mother-in-law of Eva and George Liebermann, and Anca and the late Peter Hammer.
Grandmother to Dana Liebermann Finestone and Martin Finestone, Maxim and Robin Hammer, and Alexander and Stacey Hammer.
Great-grandmother to Zoe Finestone, Isabelle Hammer, Annelise Hammer, Phineas Hammer, Madeline Hammer and Oliver Hammer.
Annie will be very much missed by family, friends and all who knew her.
Service at Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, Toronto on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in the Temple Solel section of Pardes Shalom Cemetery. Following the interment, family and friends are welcome at 74 St. Lawrence Dr., Mississauga, L5G 4V1 (Hurontario St. and Lakeshore Rd., Port Credit/Mississauga).
