PAVAO, Ana Maria - It is with great sadness that the family of Ana Maria Pavao announce her passing on October 23, 2018 at Toronto Western Hospital.
Ana is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jose Maria Pavao.
She was a loving mother to her chidren, Susy Medeiros (Carlos Medeiros), Robert Pavao, Ana Pavao (Dominic Petit) and the late Linda Pavao.
She was proud grandmother to her six grandchildren, Samantha and Simon Medeiros, Lucas Petraki, and Simone, Victoria and the late Joseph Petit.
Ana will be forever missed by her best friends and kindred spirits, Edwarda Viveiros, Estera Luciano and Dinora Paulino.
We would like to offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to the amazing staff of Toronto Western Hospital, the emergency room staff and the critical care doctors and nurses who gave such amazing care to our mother. It has been a long journey of emergency visits and hospital stays and we are grateful for the care she received which gave us so much more time with our mother.
Visitation will take place at Heritage Funeral Centre, Toronto, ON on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 4:00pm - 9:00pm. The service will be held at St. Joseph's Parish, 162 Leslie Street Toronto, ON on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 10:00am
