McBRIDE, (Barbara) Ann nee Gilday McBride - May 1932 - June 2022
Ann passed away peacefully on Saturday June 25 at the Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry, Ontario.
Predeceased by her parents, Marguerite and George Harold Gilday, K.C., sisters Margaret and Patricia, and brothers Harold and Bill.
Lovingly remembered by her husband David (66 years), 5 children, David (Gloria), Ian (Susan), Anne (Jerry), Donald (Paula) and Patricia, 13 grandchildren and 6 (plus 2) great grandchildren.
Ann was a graduate of Branksome Hall '51 (Head Prefect) and the Toronto General Hospital School of Nursing '54.
She will be remembered by her family and many lifetime friends for her genuineness, compassion, sense of humour and comradeship.
Date for Celebration of Life and Interment to be determined.
A donation to the Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry or Lakeridge Health Cancer Centre, Oshawa, would be appreciated.
