WIETZES, Anne Louise (nee FARNELL)   –

DECEMBER 20, 1946 – OCTOBER 23, 2023

Happy and wonderful wife of Albert Jan Wietzes.

Predeceased by father and mother, Charles and Jean Farnell; sisters, Jeanette and husband, Richard Lambert, and Joy and husband Alen Short.

Survived by brother, Charles and wife Janet Farnell; sister, Susan and husband Paul Moffatt; and six nieces and nephews.

Proud stepmother to Albert’s son, Kevin wife Patti; and granddaughter, Sara.

Anne and Bert enjoyed Bert’s business – Wietzes Toyota, their home in Naples, golf, walks, travelling and the occasional casino.

Passed away peacefully with Bert at her side at Mackenzie Health, at 5 p.m., October 23, 2023.

As per Anne’s request, she has been cremated and no service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
