You may have tasted his fine cuisine at Cocktails and Shotz in Midland, or at Arthur's Fine Family Dining in Penetanguishene. Most recently, he was the executive chef for Restaurant Sainte-Marie in Midland (year of 2003), who brought Lobsterfest to Restaurant Sainte-Marie that summer.
