1929 - 2023
Peacefully, on October 26, 2023, in his 95th year.
Dennis was the son of the late Winifred Wood (Tom) and Percival Reed.
Predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy (nee Watson). Loving father of Sandra (Bill), Susan (late Peter), Karen (Rene), Dennis (Jan), Kathy (Kevin).
Wonderful grandfather of 9; and great-grandfather of soon to be 10. Brother to his four sisters: Kay, Joan, Tish and Lou. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Dennis was a craftsman, a gardener, and enjoyed time on the golf course and at the cottage, and was a Life Member of Aurora Legion Branch 385.
Friends and family will be received at the Taylor Funeral Home, 524 Davis Drive, Newmarket, for visitation on Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., and on Friday, November 17, 2023, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m.
