Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, with her family by her side on Monday, August 20th, 2018.
Beloved and treasured wife of Bill.
Devoted step-mom to Billy and Ricky.
Cherished daughter of John (Jean-Guy) and Joanne Whissel.
Loving sister of Paul.
She will be fondly remembered by her mother-in-law and father-in-law Dave and Sandy Bennet, her sister-in-law Bonnie, and her fur baby Sierra.
Sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends.
Many thanks to the doctors and nurses in Oncology and Durham Region Cancer Centre at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for the wonderful care and compassion.
Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Saturday, August 25th from 11:00 a.m. until time of a Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m.
