FRENCHMAN, Douglas "Louis" - Peacefully passed away at Sunnybrook Veterans Centre in Toronto on Thursday September 6th, 2018, seven months shy of his 100th birthday.
A WWII vet and receiver of the Burma Star, he moved from England to Canada in the mid 50s.
Beloved husband of the late Sonia Frenchman, loving father of Caroline (Mike) and Juliet (Grant).
He will be fondly remembered by his three grandchildren Aja, Jocelyn and Lawrence as well as his three great-grandchildren Liam, Eli and Violet.
Survived by his sister Betty of England and predeceased by his two brothers Alfie and Ashley of England.
At the request of Mr. Frenchman, no service will be held.
In lieu of flowers he asked that you pay a form of kindness forward to someone who needs it.
