FERNANDES, Esmeralda - Passed away peacefully on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Lakeview Manor in her 80th year.
Beloved wife to Antonio of 60 years.
Loving mother to Jack (Amelia). Grandmother to Sonja (Eric) and Anthony.
Esmeralda will also be missed by extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, on Monday, October 1st from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. A service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, October 2nd at 1p.m. with visitation for one hour prior.
