COOK, Gregory Jason Cook -Passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Monday October 22, 2018, just 2 days after his 49th birthday.
Beloved father of Gregory Cook Jr. (Victoria), Ashley Conklin (Travis) and Faith Van Sickle. Loving Papa of Brooklynn and Aubrie.
Greg is the son of Lawrence Cook and the late Marcelline. Dear brother of Larry Cook (Shelly), Cindy Nevins and April Cook.
Loving uncle to Jesse, Amanda, Nathan, Mitchell, Stefanie and Alex and great uncle to Kyla, Kaidence and Daniel. He will be forever missed by his little dog, Ben.
A Celebration of Greg’s life will be held on Saturday October 27th, 2018 at 1 pm.
