McGARY, Harold William – Suddenly with his family by his side on November 6th 2018 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre in his 83rd year.
Devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and loyal friend to so many others.
Avid gardener, and great world traveler.
He was a dedicated member of All Saints Anglican Church who faithfully worked to serve the church community. Son of the late Floyd and Millicent McGary.
Husband of Brenda McGary (née Vanderhoek). Brother of Robert McGary (Lois) and Maxine Dine (the late Gordon). Father of Debbie Jardine, Steven McGary and Paul McGary (Diane). Grandfather of Spencer Jardine (Stephanie), Brielle Jardine, Laura McGary and Paige McGary.
Visitation will be held at W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on Sunday, November 11th 2018 from 2 – 4pm & 7 – 9pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 300 Dundas Street West, Whitby, on Monday, November 12th 2018 at 11am.
Interment at GROVESIDE CEMETERY.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation or All Saints Anglican Church.
