AGOSTA, Carmela - Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday, November 7th, 2018, in her 90th year.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Antonio.
Loving mother of the late Emanuele and survived by his wife Franca, Maria Leccese and her husband Aldo, Sebastian and his wife Bonnie.
Cherished Nonna of the late Carmela Knight, Elizabeth White (Mike), Michael Leccese (Melissa), Nancy Burridge (Aaron), Marion (Brendon) and great grandmother of Ethan, Lucas, Dylan, Olivia, Makaela, Brayden, Matthew and Kaelyn.
Beloved sister of the late Giuseppe Rizza survived by his wife Isabella, GiuseppinaInfanti (Santo) and Salvatore Rizza (Rosa). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME
, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Sunday, November 11th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST.GERTRUDE’S CATHOLIC CHURCH (690 King St. E., Oshawa) on Monday, November 12th at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
