Passed away at his residence on November 24, 2018.
Predeceased by his parents and siblings.
Dan will be sadly missed by his extended family, friends, and colleagues at OPG.
Visitation will be held at McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 6 - 7 p.m. with memorial service to follow in the chapel at 7:00 p.m.
