SMALLEY, Ross Edgar - Passed away peacefully at his home in Sandford on November 22, 2018, at the age of 88.
Cherished father of Ileen (the late Tony Mellegers), Nancy Hill (Bill Campbell) Stan Smalley (Amy), Ron Smalley (Ellen), Joan (Bruce McClure) and Brenda (Ray Yule).
Long-time companion of June Taylor, brother-in-law of Ted Barry & Brenda Gibson.
Proud Grampa & Papa to 23 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by his wife Marilyn (nee Gibson), his sister Marion Barry and brother-in-law Keith Gibson. Fondly remembered by many friends, neighbours, extended family & relatives, dance friends and the farming community.
A private family burial was held at Sandford Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 3p.m. to 5 p.m. with words of remembrance at 4 p.m., at Sandford Community Centre, 433 Sandford Road.
At Ross’s request, there will be no flowers or donations.
