RUTHERFORD, Alan 'Al' Maxwell Rutherford - Al, age 76, of Bewdley, Ontario, passed away on Tuesday November 27, 2018 at Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg.
Al was born December 17, 1941 in Melbourne, Australia to Alan and Doris (Mulder) Rutherfurd.
Devoted and loving husband to Jeanette (Jean) and father to Tim, Tracy (John), Andrea (Mark), Raymond and Tanya (predeceased).
Grandfather to Adam, Mark (Jen), Emily, Abby, Evan, Aubrey, Brittney and Sienna (Greg) and Great Grandfather to Elias, Skyla and Elaurie. Alan is dearly loved and missed by his sisters Betty and Gwen, nieces and nephew in Canada and Australia and friends around the world.
Alan was highly respected in the world of television production as a highly sought after Television Engineer.
Visitation will be held at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, on Saturday December 1st at 3:00 - 5:00 pm and Sunday December 2nd at 1:00 pm followed by Funeral Services at 2:00 pm.
Memorials may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Sick Kids Hospital and Guyana Christian Charities.
