KASZA, Zofia (Nee: Balik) - Peacefully passed away on December 1, 2018 in Oshawa.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Jan.
Zofia leaves behind her children, Richard, Krystyn and Earl MacIntosh (S-I-L) and Cherished grandson, Derek.
As per the families wishes a Graveside Service will be held at RESURRECTION CEMETERY, 355 Taunton Rd E, Whitby on Friday, December 7th at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made out to a CHARITY of your choice.
