McEACHERN, Peter Ronald – Peacefully with family by his side, at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, on Thursday January 17, 2019.
Peter in his 95th year, was the beloved husband of the late Catherine (Jewell) 2016.
Loving father of Elizabeth (late Don) Yale of Peterborough, Robert (Lynda) of Woodville, Norman of Woodville, Margaret (Wes) Stone of Lindsay, Ronald (Maryanne) of Woodville, John (Gail) of Woodville, Jean (Ken) Chilton of Little Britain and Audrey (Mervin) Bruce of Woodville.
Loving grandfather of Jason, Jamie, Scott, Doug, Andrew, Peter, Sheryl, Steven, Melissa, Racheal, Jonathon, Sabrina, Angie, Matt, Brandon, Jennifer, Amy, Michael and Aaron. He will be remembered by his 23 great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
Predeceased by his parents Ronald and Reine (Nicholls) McEachern and sister Shirley Duval.
Family and friends will be received at the Mangan Funeral Home, Beaverton on Sunday January 20th from 2 – 4 PM and 7 - 9 PM.
Funeral service will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 54 Bolsover Road, Bolsover on Monday January 21st at 2 PM, with visitation one hour prior to service.
If so desired, memorial donations in memory of Peter to the Diabetic Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
