MAGUIRE, Rick - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear son Rick, suddenly at home at the age of 56 on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
He was the cherished son of Robert and Betty Maguire.
Rick was predeceased by his younger brother, Ronald, and was the loving uncle of Anthony and Ashley of British Columbia.
Rick was a member of Branch #112 of the Whitby Legion.
He was an avid golfer and a lover of all sports. He will be sadly missed by his many friends at the Down Patrick.
Visitation will be held at W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas St. E., Whitby on Tuesday, January 22nd from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A Legion service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with a reception to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #112, 117 Byron St S, Whitby.
Memorial donations made to the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund, Branch 112 would be appreciated by the family.
