REID, Keitha Margaret Sheila (nee Cleveland) - Died peacefully at Lakeridge Hospital on January 30, 2019 in Oshawa at the age of 79.
Devoted wife of 60 years to Edward. Loving mother to Margaret and Barbara-Ann (Frank predeceased).
Cherished grandmother of Stephanie (Benjamin). Loving Aunt to Dianne (Adrian).
Keitha cared deeply for children through her service as a Crossing Guard for the City of Oshawa for 30 years and as a Sunday School teacher for many years. She also brought joy to many through her baking of rum cakes, butter tarts and lemon squares.
A special thank you to the nurses and staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, Lakeridge Health Whitby and Northumberland Hospital. Thank you to the staff at Hope Street Terrace that cared for her the last couple of years.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday February 9, 2019 at 1pm at King Street Community Church, 611 King Street West, Oshawa.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Power to Change Ministries directed to her granddaughter Stephanie Reid.
