PRZYBYLO, Joseph Michael (Joe)  - January 26, 1951 – February 10, 2019

Retired from General Motors of Canada   Peacefully and surrounded by his family, Joe passed away at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa on Sunday, February 10, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Beloved husband of Anna. Loving father of Paul (Andrea) and Michael.

Proud and cherished Dziadzia of Ava and Lauren. Dear brother of Edward (Denise) and son-in-law of Maria Debicki. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends in Canada and Poland and around the world.

Joe was a founding and active member of the St. Isaac Jogues community, a member of the Knights of Columbus and the head of the Refugee Committee. He was also a former Trustee with the Durham Catholic District School Board.

Joe’s family would like to thank the staff of the Supportive Care Unit of Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their care and support.

The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, on Wednesday, February 13th from 6 – 9 pm and Thursday, February 14th from 4 – 9 pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Isaac Jogues Parish, 1148 Finch Avenue, Pickering on Friday, February 15th at 10:30 am followed by interment at Markham.

Donations to Lakeridge Health Oshawa, Supportive Care Unit would be appreciated.
