DOWNES, William “Bill” George - Korean War Veteran - Passed away at Lakeridge Health, on Oshawa on April 25th, 2019 in his 89th year.
Devoted husband of Jean for 63 years.
Incredible father of the late Jeffery (2006), Nancy and the late Doug (2017), Greg (Tina) and Chris (Leisa).
Doting grandfather to Adam (Amanda), Julie (Nick), Ashley (Jordan), Emily (Bill), Sara (Felipe), Justin, Adrian and Jaden and his great grandchildren Grayden, Rylan, Joanna and James.
Visitation will be held at Courtice Funeral Chapel, on Monday, April 29th, from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m.
