TAYLOR, Gerald Joseph Taylor  - December 10, 1939 - July 30, 2019 

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at the Altamont Care Community in his 80th year.

Gerald was born in Loggieville, New Brunswick on December 10th, 1939 to James and Alice (McDonald) Taylor. (Both Deceased).

One of his great joys was spending time with his wife Bernadine (Keefe) of 54 years, his children and grandchildren.  Beloved father of David (Lorrie), Lisa Farrell (Robin) and Derrick (Margaret).

Cherished grandfather of Crystal, Angelica (deceased), Megan, Emma, Kurtis, Brooke, Christopher, Matthew and Alexander (deceased). 

Sadly missed by his siblings Greta Russell (Jimmy), Mary O’Donnell (Billy), Christina Carter (Robert, deceased), Mabel landry (David) and Elizabeth Serois (Dennis).

Predeceased by his brothers James, Ralph (Dorothy) and Raymond (Sheila).  He will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. 

Loving brother-in-law to Ann Marie DesRocher (Jerry, deceased), Frankie (Dorothy, deceased), Joanne, Leo (Marlene), Bernard (Leona) and Floyd (Karen). Also, predeceased by his brother-in-law Ralph Keefe (Barb).

He will be forever remembered and always missed by all who knew and loved him. He was passionate about his Belgian Draft Show Horses and showing them at Fairs in Ontario and the Maritimes. 

If desired, memorial donations to The Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated.

Visitation at McEachnie Funeral Home, on August 5, 2019, 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  Funeral Mass at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church on August 6, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
