BLAIR, Joyce C. - Passed away tragically alongside her husband Robert and daughter Linda, as a result of an accident in Prince William, New Brunswick on August 5, 2019.

Mourning their devastating losses are Bob and Joyce’s children, Linda’s brother and sister, Robert (wife Aura and their children Sebastian, Natalia and David) and Kathy (husband James Bird, children Hannah and Ryan), Linda's husband Dave Wyllie and their children Shaun and Alanna.

Bob’s brother Barry and his family in Ottawa and Joyce’s sisters Verna Cudmore, Isabel Kerry and Helen Cudmore in Charlottetown, and many nieces and nephews.

Joyce grew up in Oyster Bed Bridge, PEI, moved to Ontario to work as a hospital lab technician and, when she married, brought her husband and family back to PEI to visit with family each summer, maintaining close family bonds.

Both avid and skilled dancers, Joyce and Bob met at a dance at the Trenton base and soon became inseparable. Bob and Joyce celebrated their 60th anniversary this year.

A memorial service will be held at St. Martin’s Anglican Church, Pickering, where Bob was a committed, longtime parishioner, on Wednesday, August 14th at 2 p.m.

Memorial donations may be directed to St. Martin’s, Refugee Sponsorship Committee, or to Parachute Canada.
