DAIZE, Thomas (Wally) Augustine - January 2nd, 1934 - August 11th, 2019
Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville at the age of 85.
Beloved husband of Jean for over 58 years.
Father to Steve (Danielle), Ken (Lynn), Kevin (Kelly), and Trish (Philip).
Grandfather to Kristen (Nick), Kendal (Andrew), Tyler, Lauren and Autumn. Great-grandfather to Aniyah, Josephine and Amelia. After his retirement from General Motors (39 years), dad spent many hours fishing and tending to his gardens.
A special thank you to the staff at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville for all of their gentle care and compassion.
Friends and family may gather on Wednesday August 14th for visitation from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held on Thursday August 15th at 11:00 A.M. in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will take place for one hour prior. Interment to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lakeridge Health Bowmanville building foundation would be appreciated.
