FORREST, Marilyn Irene (nee Ryan) - Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the age of 84.
Beloved wife of 59 years to the Late Bruce.
Marilyn is survived by daughters Sharon (Guy), and Carol (George), and grandchildren Roxanne and Jeremy.
In her youth, Marilyn enjoyed figure skating and speed skating and won several awards. She loved to paint and draw.
Marilyn was always ready to help anyone in need.
She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, who spent much of her life at home raising her family, and in the later years, helping Bruce with his business.
Family and friends may call at Low and Low Funeral Home, Port Perry, on Wednesday, September 4th from 1 p.m. until the time of funeral service in the chapel at 2 p.m. Immediately following the service, Marilyn will be laid to rest with Bruce in Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
In Lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marilyn may be made to Lakeridge Health Foundation.
