FIELDS, Annette (nee O’Neill) Fields - Surrounded by her loving family, Annette passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday September 24, 2019 at the age of 72.
Beloved wife of the late Paul Fields.
Loving mother of Ryan Fields, Darcy & Bobbi-Jo Fields and Erin Troost.
Cherished Gam of Molly, Tucker & Harper-Lily. She will be sadly missed by her siblings, Tony & Mary O’Neill, Brian & Latifa O’Neill and Sheila & Hugh Mackay.
Annette will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family, as well as her beloved dog, Bailey.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, at a later date.
Memorial Donations may be made to Wheels of Hope (Canadian Cancer Society) or Durham Regional Cancer Centre.
