Passed away peacefully at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at age 84.
Beloved husband to Ann for 27 years.
Loving father to Rita (John) and Dave (Phyllis).
Grandfather to his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Fred will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
At Fred’s request, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
