GRANDE, Antonietta (nee Chiodo) - (March 26, 1928 – October 1, 2019)
Passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in her 92nd year.
Devoted and loving wife of the late Annibale Grande.
Beloved mother of Mary, Adriana (Joe), Aurelio “Tony” (Lynda) and Dina.
Cherished Nonna of Stefan, Brendan, Nicholas, Liam and Avery.
Dear sister of Ottavia Siciliano (Aldo), Yolanda Pascuzzi (the late Giuseppe), Ugo (Tina), Giuseppe (Giuliana), Giovanni (Angela) and the late Ceasare (Silvana).
Antonietta will be sadly missed by her brother-in-law Natalino Grande (Amba), sisters-in-law Italia and Michelina, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Our sincerest gratitude to Dr. Barrettara for his compassionate care of our mother, nonna, dear sister and friend.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th from 4 - 9 p.m. at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E., Oshawa).
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 5th at 11 a.m. at St. Gertrude’s Roman Catholic Church (690 King St. E., Oshawa). Entombment Resurrection Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
