ROSS, Alice M. (née Kight)   -   March 22, 1924 – October 1, 2019

After a brief illness at Wynfield Long Term Care, Oshawa.

Alice Ross was predeceased by her first husband, Leslie Williams, during the war in Germany, April 1945; her second husband, Lloyd Ross predeceased her in July 2005.

Alice was the loving mother of James Ross (Ella) and Larry Ross (Carol).

She was the proud grandmother of Adam Ross (Rachel), Jennifer Peech (Michael), Ian Ross (Kristen) and five great-grandchildren. Alice was the dear sister of Doris Timms (Don) and was predeceased by her other four sisters.

She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Alice was an avid gardener, who cultivated many friends and was also well known for her baking at the local fairs.

Family and friends may call at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Port Perry, on Friday, October 18, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Memorial Service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow on the upper level of the funeral home. A private family graveside service will be held to lay Alice to rest in Utica.

If desired, donations in memory of Alice may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a CHARITY important to you.
