BROWN, Wayne Charles - We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Wayne Charles Brown on Friday, October 11, 2019.
Predeceased by his wife, Betty-Jean Ansell of nearly 47 years.
Wayne and Betty leave behind their 4 children and 12 deeply loved grandchildren: Dave and Lynda with their children Jeremy (Amy), Joseph (Ryley) and Katlyn; Mike and Louise with their children Matthew, Jenna and Cooper; Sheri and Mike with their children Mykayla (Liam), Adam, Madison and Morgan; Dale and Tanya with their children Loryn, and Gryffen.
Special uncle to Don Brown, who was a tremendous support to Wayne.
Wayne was a small business owner in Beaverton for more than 40 years. He spent several years on the executive of Beaverton Minor Hockey and was always happy to donate his time, machinery or material for so many community organizations.
Alzheimer’s may have stolen many of his memories, but even in his recent days, he was a proud man with a very generous heart. Wayne’s children will be having a celebration of life service at a later date.
If so desired memorial donations in memory of Wayne to the Hospital For Sick Children or the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
