BOVOLANEAS, Constantin - Passed away peacefully on October 27, 2019 with family by his side at the age of 83.
Constantin will forever be remembered by his beloved wife Leticia and daughter Bessie.
Constantin came from humble beginnings in Athens, Greece. He was brave and curious which took him to the Netherlands and then to Canada - “With 100 dollars in my pocket and five words of English.”
A natural storyteller, those five words grew quickly into a colourful vocabulary that made him a favourite bartender to many and later a successful furniture salesman and business owner.
Constantin did everything in a big way: he loved big, he laughed big, he cried big - often all at the same time! The void he leaves behind is big.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Leticia, his daughter Bessie, his sisters-in-law Christina, Donna, and Cita, nieces Vicky M. and Vicky B., and nephews Takis, Peter, Don and Nick.
Constantin was preceded by his sisters Aleka, Stella, and Angelique, and his brothers Sotiris and Ulysses.
Visitation at McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax on October 30th 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, followed by Memorial Service.
We hope that somewhere they are all reunited, having a great time, and watching over us.
