HOLY, Mary - (1938 - 2019) - On Monday December 2nd, 2019, Mary Holy, loving devoted wife to Adolf, passed away at 81 years of age, peacefully, covered in prayer, and surrounded by her beloved husband, children, and their spouses.
Mary is the dear mother of Jacqui (Brian), Pete (Jenelle), Teresa (Craig), Paul (Michelle) and Mike (Melissa).
Cherished Oma to Mary, Kate, Josef, Thomas, Liam, Claudia, Grant, Amy, Adam, Alex, Gabe, Nik, Matt, Sam, Anna, Christian, James, and Danny.
Mary is the kind and dear sister to Ann and Gerry. She was predeceased by siblings Ben, Franz, Jan, Miny, and Margaret.
Viewing will be Sunday, December 8th, 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Accettone Funeral Homee, Ajax.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30am on Monday, December 9th, at St. Bernadettes Roman Catholic Church (21 Bayly Street East, Ajax). Reception will follow immediately in the hall.
Among her many gifts she will be particularly remembered for her hospitality, 3:00 coffee, breakfast at Omas and all the many family gatherings over the years.
Her love of nature was contagious and evident in her beautiful gardens that she worked so hard to keep.
Mary's gift of music was unmistakable, she sang in and led choirs throughout her life. Her strong alto will be sorely missed here on earth as she will be singing with the angels this Christmas.
