Margaret was born February 18, 1923 in Dundee, Scotland. She came to Canada with her parents and two sisters at the age of three.

Predeceased by her parents Harry and MaryAnn Seivwright.

Margaret was the beloved wife of the late James George Phillips.

Much loved mother of Sheila Priest, Laurie Beauclair, Dana Phillips, and Kim White, and mother-in-law to Arthur Priest and George White.
