FARROW, Martha Anne (nee Lennox) - (March 5, 1939 – December 9, 2019)

On a stormy March day in 1939, Martha Anne was delivered into this world.

March had come in like a lion and so did she. The doctor told her mother and father not to worry about her because she was a fighter and would always take care of herself, and for 80 years Martha did it her way.

Martha’s father and mother Charles and Doris Lennox (nee Norton) recognized very early that Martha loved music and enrolled her in piano lessons, and so began a never-ending romance between Martha and her Heintzman Upright Grand Piano that Lawrence had gotten for her.

Martha was predeceased by the love of her life Lawrence Harold Farrow and her sister Rita Howard.

She is survived and missed by brother Edward Lennox, daughters Lorelei Anne Nesbitt and Shelley Lynn Walton and sons Kenneth Charles and Alan Lawrence.

Martha had 11 grandchildren Michael, Kimberly, Robert, Douglas, Francesca, Justin, Kristjan, Maia, Griffin, Clayton and Donovan; and 9 Great Grand Children Austin, Bailey, Trent, Kayden, Kendall, Taylor, Cheyenne, Lucas, Lacey and Tristan.

Visitation will be held at Morris Funeral Chapel, Bowmanville, on Monday, December 16th from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 7:00 – 9:00pm. A funeral service will take place in the Chapel on Tuesday, December 17th at 11 am, with visiting from 10:00am – 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kendal Baseball Association and the Kendal Lions Club.
