CREED, Pat - Passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on December 14th, 2019 in her 73rd year.
Beloved wife of Clayton for 50 years.
Predeceased by her son Craig. Loving mother of Michael (Sandra).
Proud nana of Makayla and Clayton.
Survived by her siblings Perry, Sandy (Steve) and Jimmy (Annie).
Pat worked at Dupont for 25 years and lived in Whitby since 1961.
The family will receive friends at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, Whitby, on Saturday December 21st, 2019 from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Arthritis Society of Canada.
