KOZAK, Walter - (March 8, 1935 - Monday, December 16, 2019) -
Passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 84.
Beloved husband of Oksana. Loving father of Ludmila, Steven and Elizabeth.
Dear brother of Zuzanna Winiarski.
Survived by his mother-in-law Stefania Lukasewycz.
Predeceased by his brothers Kornel and Richard.
Walter will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E., Oshawa) on Wednesday, December 18th from 6-9p.m. with Panachyda at 7:30 p.m.
Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at ST. GEORGE THE GREAT MARTYR UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (42 Lviv Blvd.) on Thursday, December 19th at 11 a.m. Interment St. Wolodymyr & St. Olha Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to St. George the Great Martyr Ukrainian Catholic Church.
