WHYTE, Donna Ellen June - (July 27, 1942 – December 14, 2019)
Donna passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family on December 14, 2019 at the age of 77.
She is dearly missed by her children, Ritch (Barb), Steve, Deb (Bob) and Tim (Jocelynne).
Loving grandmother to Bodan, Justin, Katya, Mara, Taylor and Natasha (David). Great grandmother to Malachai.
Sister to Faye (Ross), Murray (Linda), Carol and Wayne (Cathy). Daughter of the Late Thompson and Eileen Taylor. Grandma Donna to the Campoli kids and the Bisset clan. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Donna was fond of sewing curtains, pyjamas and doll clothes for her family and friends. She was also an avid reader, great salesperson and amazing listener. She was the tough one, the one everyone leaned on and in her final days taken care of by many.
A visitation will be held at the Morris Funeral Chapel, Bowmanville, Ontario, on Friday, December 20th from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, followed by a funeral service there at 2:00 pm. There will then be a reception at Memorial Park Club House in Bowmanville.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation.
