FOWLER, David - (1947 - 2020) - David Fowler, passed peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on February 20, 2020.
Beloved husband of Patricia Ann (Borg) for over 49 years, dear father of Tamara (Lorne), Kristopher, Joseph and Jonathan (Chelsey).
Proud Poppa of Anthony, Quinn, Camryn and soon to arrive Cooper/Hazel.
David was predeceased by his parents Charles and Dorothea, and survived by his loving sisters Lynne (Lino) and Melanie.
David had a special gift for interacting with children. He will always be remembered for his kindness, generosity and off the wall sense of humor, even in his last days.
He had a deep passion for music, "enhancing" pictures for friends and family, and all things Superman.
When thinking of Poppa, Quinn & Camryn commented that he "made me into the person I am today. I will never forget the countless memories we have together. U were such a good grandfather, such a good man, you never failed to brighten anyone's day. I love you Poppa that will never change, now fly high."
Family and friends will be received at Accettone Funeral Home, Ajax, Ontario, on Wednesday February 26th from 4- 7pm immediately followed by a service.
If so desired, donations will be accepted on behalf of the Supportive Care Unit at Lakeridge Health Oshawa or a charity of your choice.
