TEBBLE, Donald Ross Tebble - August 7, 1938 - February 21, 2020
Donald ‘Don’ Ross Tebble passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Oshawa after a short fight with bladder cancer on Friday, February 21st, 2020 with his family by his side.
Beloved husband and best friend of Viola (Sedgwick) Tebble of 56 years.
Dearest father of Karen Brennan (John Tomkins) and Arlene Fauteux (Jean-Marc Fauteux).
Loving grandfather of Jonathan, Brittany, Steven, Rachel-Lynn and Rebecca.
Son of the late William Thomas Tebble and Margaret Ann Hamilton.
Special nephew to his late Aunt Elizabeth ‘Lil’ Bickell.
Predeceased by his siblings Audrey (Tebble) Freeman (George Freeman), Pearl McLean, Jack Tebble (Marlene Lewis), and James Tebble.
Son-In-Law of the late Clara (Reynolds) and Elgin Sedgwick. Loved brother-in-law of Ray (Crystal Crego), Norma Sedgwick (Robert Taylor), and Benny Sedgwick.
Predeceased by brother-in-law’s Victor, Francis (Irene Wilkinson), and Ross Sedgwick.
Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been made for February 28th, 2020 at DESTEFANO FUNERAL HOME located at 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa, ON L1J 0C7 with visitation from 1 to 2 pm and service to follow. Internment will take place in the spring of 2020 at Blackstock Cemetery.
Don’s Family would like to thank Dr. Stephen Cohen and his office for their continuous care and empathy during his fight with Bladder Cancer.
