GREAGMILE, John (Shaun) Stewart   - It is with sad hearts that the family of John (Shaun) Stewart Creagmile announce his passing on March 18, 2020 peacefully at Hillsdale Terraces in Oshawa.

In his 89th year, dad was the last surviving child of John and Olive Creagmile.

John was born on November 18, 1931 in Belfast Ireland where he met his beautiful bride Dorothy.

He moved to Toronto in 1955, followed shortly thereafter by his parents and future wife Dorothy.

He will be remembered for his calm and patient demeanour, love of photography and drawing, devotion to family and fabulous sense of humour.

Dad leaves us to celebrate his life: Love of his life, wife Dorothy (nee McCausland), Beloved children John (Rhonda) Creagmile and Stephen (Corinne) Creagmile. Much loved grandchildren Brittnee (Callum) Auer, Jordan (Angela) Creagmile and Justine Creagmile.

Adored great grandchildren Jayden, Rylie and Bryson Auer.

Thank you to the kind and compassionate staff at both Traditions of Durham Retirement Residence and Hillsdale Terraces.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no formal services, only a small gathering of immediate family members.

Donations may be made in his memory to the  CHARITY of your choice.
