WILSON, Arthur William Jordan – September 30, 1949 - Wednesday, April 8, 2020
It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Arthur Wilson on Wednesday April 8th, 2020, with his daughters by his side, at Toronto General Hospital.
Arthur in his 71st, year, passed away due to complications following his surgery.
Beloved son of the late Edna and the late John Wilson.
He leaves behind his loving daughters Monica Wilson (Terry Greer), Melissa Wilson and the late Dina Jeffries.
Adored grandpa of Amberly, Michael, Toran and his late grandson Kyle. Dearly loved brother of Heather, Donna (Rick), Doug (Linda), Jim (the late Irene), Guy (Marion) and Jackie.
Predeceased by his siblings Bob, Faith, Allan and John.
Arthur will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews, family and countless friends.
Arthur was surrounded by the love of his family whom he cherished. He was a devout Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors Fan, former Sea Cadet and proud lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch#43.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in support of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #43 would be greatly appreciated by Arthur’s family.
A Private Family Service will be held on Wednesday April 15th, 2020 at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME.
Interment to follow at Mount Lawn Cemetery.
