Langfeld MarleneLANGFELD, Marlene - (December 6, 1953 - April 6, 2020)

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Marlene Langfeld announces her passing on Monday, April 6th, 2020.

Predeceased by her Father, Richard (2003), her Mother, Irene (1997) and her Husband, Dave (2016).

Marlene will be sadly missed by her beloved children, Callie, Dylan and Ryan, sister to Hazel Naegelkraemer and Gordon Schuldis (deceased 2019) along with cherished extended family and friends.

The role Marlene cherished most was that of being a Mother.

Marlene's love and heart have carried her throughout her earthly days and will continue to sustain we who remain. Marlene's love was universal and without judgement.

Marlene's fur babies meant the world to her. She was also a gifted story teller.

The family would like to thank staff of Ballycliffe Long-Term Care Home in Ajax for their dedication, care and compassion. Thanks is also extended to medical personnel for their expertise, care and support during the past challenging year.

We would also like to express our immense and eternal gratitude and respect to Durham Association for Family Resources and Support (DAFRS) Tara McClure, Family Support Facilitator and Tara Autwal, Family Support Worker, for exceptional and relentless efforts (through thick and thin) on behalf of our family over time. Thank you.

In lieu of flowers please consider donating to an animal shelter or CHARITY of your choice. Marlene would have been absolutely delighted and full of wonder by this kind and thoughtful gesture in honour of her memory.

Due to present day circumstances, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Once COVID-19 restrictions subside, please hug and kiss members of your family - along with your friends - smile at a stranger, smell a flower.

Marlene, our eternal love will carry you in our hearts forever and always. Heaven has gained an extra special angel.

Arrangements entrusted to Accettone Funeral Home, Ajax.

Rest in Peace.
