BUERANO, Josefina Buerano - January 4, 1927 - April 22, 2020
Born in Guinayangan Quezon, Philippines and resided in Ajax, ON Josefina Cerilla-Requinto Buerano otherwise known as Lola Pining, Nanay Pining or Tiya Pining as she was greeted by people who knew her was called by our Lord on April 22, 2020.
She was married to Severo Buerano (Tatay Berong, deceased).
Josefina was the last surviving children of Rosario and Genaro Cerilla until her death.
The other children were Ricardo, Alfonso and Antonio.
Josefina is survived by her children Romualdo married to Ramona Ingles (USA), Rene married to Gloria Deocareza (Canada), Corazon (Philippines) and Louie married to Emely Gongora (Canada).
Her fourth child Librado (Philippines), married to Virgie Cerojales, passed away on May 15, 2017. Josefina’s grandchildren are Sasha Buerano and Larissa Buerano-Winter.
Her great grandchildren from Larissa & Mike Winter are Joey, Lucia, Isabella.
From Louie and Emely are Dyan, Arthur, Kristine Anne, Mary Anne. Her great grandson is Mikey from Dyan & Michael Acob.
A mass of remembrance officiated by Rev Fr. Redentor Barsaga from Pontificio Collegio Filippino in Rome via Face Book was said today ((April 23, 2020) at 11 am (Eastern Standard Time or 5 pm, Rome time) and is still available for viewing from Face Book. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.
