Beloved husband of Shannon Snow for 12 years. Treasured father of Jack Snow, Nash Snow and baby girl Lily (to be).
Loving son of Denise Moniz and David Moniz (Stepfather), Dennis Snow and Anne Snow (Stepmother). Dear brother of Lindsay Snow, Jason Hobbs, Brian Moniz, Dave Jr. Moniz, Joseph Stryde, Chantele Moniz, Dillon Thompson.
Deeply missed by his in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family and many, many friends.
Adam Snow: a Teammate, a Son, a Brother, an Uncle, a Husband and a loving Father.
Like his imposing physical presence, Adam's captivating personality and passion for life were extreme.
His formidable spirit was illustrated on his body with each tattoo revealing its own unique trial and tribulation. His immense generosity and fierce loyalty gained Adam more meaningful experiences and deep friendships than most people can hope for in two lifetimes.
Adam's friends, family and extended Baseball family were always closest to his big heart, and central to everything he pursued. Whether it's an all-encompassing "bear hug", a bellowing laugh, a fiery yell to second base, a word of advice, or a helping hand, happy memories of Adam will be close in our hearts.
We can take comfort knowing his deep emotional impact will continue to positively influence all who had the good fortune to know and be close to him.
To all who loved him -- HOLD FAST Due to covid-19 restrictions, a private service has taken place after which Adam was laid to rest in Eden Cemetery, Woodville.
A Celebration of Adam’s life will be held at a later date, as restrictions ease.
