DAMCEVSKI, Slavka   - It is with great sadness to announce that our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Slavka Damcevski, passed away on Thursday, Sept 10, 2020.

Slavka is survived by her husband of 70 years, Alekso Damcevski and her loving family.

Born on July 9, 1928, in selo Logovardi, Macedonia.

lavka met Alekso in 1949 and only after 1 week, their love led them to a 70 year marriage! Slavka and Alekso were blessed with their children, Rada (Tony), Vera (Pece), predeceased Desanka, and Lupcho (Patricia).

As much as she loved her children, what made her smile the most and which filled her heart were her 6 grandchildren: Cindy (Denny), Lidija (Saso), Chris (Jacquelyn), Tomce (Biljana), Kristen (Daniel) and Alexander (Elena), and her 12 great-grandchildren: Hristina, Dejan, Elena, Daniel, Adriana, Ivana, Gabriella, Jewelianna, Jax, Nolan, Jordan and Mila.

She always said how rich she was because she was surrounded by her family, and always spoke with pride about all of us. She radiated love through the glow on her face because of her family.

Slavka was the most kind-hearted person you could know, and although had a very quiet demeanour, she loved to laugh and she loved her wine. She was very active in the Macedonian community and made many wonderful friends that cherished her for her sweet and loving nature.

May our beautiful wife, mother and baba rest in eternal peace. Bog Da Prosti.

Heaven received a beloved angel who’s legacy will live on through her loving family.

We love you, Baba, and we will miss you.

Funeral Service at St. Nedela Macedonian Orthodox Church, on September 14, 2020 at 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
