LAIDLAW, Robert George 'Bob' - “Always the life of the party”
Robert George Laidlaw, age 82, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario.
Robert (Bob) is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years Ruth Laidlaw (King).
Loving son of the late George Wilmer Laidlaw and Frances Etelka Laidlaw. Loving brother to Barbara Beagan (Cliff) and John Laidlaw.
Amazing father to Kimberly Laidlaw, Susanne Henry (Brian) and Michelle Laidlaw. Loving grandpa to Hunter and Abigail.
Stepfather to Kenneth King (Sandra), the late Kathy King and Terri Plourd (Troy). Step grandpa to Christina, Erica, Cody, Melissa, Melanie, CJ and Corey.
Bob will forever be remembered and missed by his dearest nieces and nephews and all other family and friends.
On Monday September 14, 2020, we are having a private cremation ceremony to say our final farewells. We ask that all family and friends join us for a celebration of Bob’s life and burial at a later date when all of us near and far can be together.
