DUFF, Jacqueline Frances(nee Edwards)   - June 7, 1939 - September 24, 2020

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Jacqueline Duff on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at the age of 81.

She was the beloved wife of Ian Duff for 59 years, cherished mother of the late Hilary Edwards, Glenda Kukulowicz and Graham Duff, and proud grandmother of Eric and Jamie Kukulowicz.

She will be fondly remembered by extended family and many friends.

Jacqueline was born and raised in England spending much of her youth playing school sports from tennis to field hockey to swimming.

Following the war, Jacqueline had the opportunity to spend her summers in France, a country that she never tired of visiting. Later, while working as a supervisor of a television station in London, England, Jacqueline met and became engaged to her future husband, Ian.

Soon they were off to Africa where they shared many happy years in their honeymoon cottage in Kitwe, Zambia.

After welcoming their two daughters into the world, Hilary and Glenda, the family immigrated to Niagara Falls, Canada where their son Graham joined the family.

Jacqueline was not only a devoted wife and mother, but also a successful business woman.

Jacqueline devoted many hours to volunteering after her retirement and was widely loved and respected by the community in all these endeavors. Jacqueline will always be remembered for her generous heart, her strength of character and her compassionate spirit. She lived her life to the fullest leaving a memorable legacy in the hearts of everyone who knew her.

Arrangements with McEachnie Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Toronto Zoo in her name would be greatly appreciated. .
