BRANDRETH, Vera (nee Dore) - (October 19, 1921 – November 28, 2020)
Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, with her daughter Dorothy by her side, on Saturday, November 28th, 2020 at 99 years of age.
Vera left us to be with George, her beloved husband of 77 years.
She will be profoundly missed by all her many family and friends, but, especially by her adoring children, Linda (William), Carol (Raymond), Dorothy (Michele), Kenneth (Grant), Eleanor; her many cherished grandchildren and Great grandchildren.
Her loving brothers, (deceased) Eddie (Margaret) Raymond (Florence) and Norman. Her loving sisters, (deceased) Alma, Mary (Vincent and (surviving) Edith (Ron) and her many nieces and nephews.
Vera possessed the extraordinary beauty of the simple human heart. She was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.
Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, December 1st from 6 – 8 p.m.
Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, visitation will be by invitation only. A Private Celebration of life will be held on Wednesday December 2nd.
